Why Oleo-HA Changes Everything

Hyaluronic acid is naturally associated with water-based skincare. Oleo-HA is a specialized oil-dispersible form of sodium hyaluronate that allows us to bring hyaluronic acid into a rich botanical oil formula.

Youth Sustaining contains a full 2% concentration of Oleo-HA, the maximum recommended amount for this specialized ingredient.

That means we did not have to choose between the hydration-focused benefits people seek from hyaluronic acid and the rich nourishment people seek from botanical oils.

The Youth Sustaining Ritual

After cleansing, apply your lightweight, water-based skincare products first. Warm 2 to 4 drops of Youth Sustaining between your fingertips, then gently press the serum into your face and neck, lingering over the places that always seem to need a little more.

Use it as your final nourishing serum, or follow with your favorite Mina Beauty face cream whenever your skin is craving an especially rich ritual. At night, let your skin luxuriate in it while you sleep. During the day, use a smaller amount and finish with sunscreen.

What's the difference between dry skin and dehydrated skin?
Dehydrated skin lacks water, while dry skin lacks sufficient natural oils and lipids to maintain that comfortable, supple feeling. You can experience both simultaneously. Youth Sustaining was created specifically for that overlap: skin that's thirsty for hydration and craving rich nourishment.

Why not just use a regular hyaluronic acid serum?
A traditional hyaluronic acid serum can be wonderful when hydration is your skin's primary need. But when skin is both dehydrated and exceptionally dry, hydration alone may leave it still craving richness. Youth Sustaining combines Oleo-HA with a concentrated botanical oil complex so you do not have to choose.

Why not just use a facial oil?
Oil and hydration do not do the same job. Facial oils are wonderful emollients for conditioning, softening and nourishing dry-feeling skin, but they do not replace the hydration-focused role of a humectant such as hyaluronic acid. Youth Sustaining brings both approaches into one formula.

What makes the hyaluronic acid in Youth Sustaining different?

Is this the same as another brand's 2% hyaluronic acid?
Not necessarily. Different forms and ingredient systems are not directly comparable simply because they share the same percentage. Youth Sustaining specifically contains Oleo-HA at a 2% usage rate. We highlight the percentage because it represents the full recommended concentration of the particular Oleo-HA ingredient used in our formula.

Is this hyaluronic acid serum good for very dry skin?
That's exactly who we created it for. Youth Sustaining is designed particularly for skin experiencing dryness and dehydration together.

Is it only for winter?
Not at all. Winter is simply when many people experience dryness and dehydration most intensely. Use Youth Sustaining year-round whenever your skin feels dry, thirsty, tight or lacking its usual softness and plump appearance.

Can I use it every day?
Yes. Use 2 to 4 drops in the evening, morning or both, depending on how much richness your skin needs.

When should I apply it?
Apply Youth Sustaining after cleansing and after lighter, water-based skincare products. It can serve as your final nourishing serum. If your skin needs even more richness, follow with your preferred face cream.

Can I wear it under makeup?
Yes. For daytime, start with a small amount and allow it to settle before applying makeup. Especially during winter, a few drops can create a beautifully nourished base beneath makeup.

Go for it
With acne-prone skin, I was hesitating to try an oil-based serum. But it has been wonderful for my skin. I haven't had any new breakouts and my pores look better for some reason. it hasn't stopped oil production on my skin but it hasn't increased it either. I have felt like my wrinkles are better but will give it at least a month

I have found the fountain of youth
2 month update: I have been using this serum for roughly 2 months now and the difference in my skin is undeniable. My wrinkles look filled and my skin looks <span>hydrated and soft. It feel like I have baby skin again. Super stoked to keep using this serum.

Finally a serum that works!
As a working mom in my early 40s, I barely have time for self-care which is why I love this serum. it replaces complex skincare routines with just one easy step that fits most of my skincare needs. Hyaluronic acid is really good!

I’ve tried hundreds of skincare products over the years, but somehthing about serum hits different. You can tell the quality of the ingredients by the feel and the smell of the serum. My skin feels almost quenched" after using it. "

This stuff works!
My skin has never felt so hydrated and bouncy! This serum, along with my gua sha routine, has made my fine lines disappear like magic. I have turned back the clock easily by 5 years!!!! I LOVE the confidence it has given me :D
